Account & Profile
Set your display name for the leaderboard, connect Discord, choose which emails you get, and open a support ticket: manage your ParalonCloud account.
Your profile is where you set how you show up on the network. Everything here lives on the Settings page. Your profile is always yours, also while you work in an organization; the company details further down Settings belong to the workspace you are in.
Display name
Your display name is your public identity on the Leaderboard — it's the name other providers see next to your rank and points. Set something recognizable so people can find you; if you don't set one, you'll show up under a default.
To change it, open Settings, edit Display Name, and save. It updates on the leaderboard from then on.
Connect Discord
Connect your Discord account from Settings to plug into the community — support, announcements, and updates from the team happen there. You'll be sent to Discord to authorize, then returned to ParalonCloud once it's linked.
Email notifications
Everything we tell you shows up in your notifications. Most of it also comes by email, and some of those emails you can turn off:
| Who gets it | Can be turned off | |
|---|---|---|
| Your rental is ready | the renter | yes |
| Your node is rented | the provider | yes |
| A rental that failed, did not start, or is being reclaimed | the renter | no |
| A node that went live, or stopped serving its rental | the provider | no |
| Credits, payments, payouts, sign-in codes, support replies | you | no |
Turn the optional ones on or off in Settings under Email notifications, or with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email itself: both change the same setting. You still see them in your notifications. The ones that can't be turned off are those where you need to act or have lost something, like a rental that ended or money that moved.
In a team, each member sets this for their own address.
Getting help
For anything about your account, a payment, a rental or a node, open a ticket: Support in your dashboard.
- Who can open one. An account that has been used: it has added credits (or tried to), rented a GPU, or registered a node. An account that has done none of these is pointed to the Discord and the docs instead.
- What to write. Pick what it is about, give it a one-line subject and say what happened: what you did, what you expected, what you got. The exact error text helps more than a description of it. The first message needs at least 30 characters. You can attach up to three screenshots per message (PNG or JPEG, 2 MB each), or paste one.
- Where the answer comes. In the ticket. You get a notification when we reply, and the Support entry in your dashboard shows a count until you open it. Its status tells you where it stands: Received, In progress, Waiting for your reply, Closed.
- Limits. Up to three open tickets at a time. A ticket left waiting for your reply for 7 days is closed; Mark as solved closes it yourself. A closed ticket cannot be written on: open a new one.
- What we keep. A ticket's messages and screenshots are deleted 90 days after it is closed. Screenshots are stored privately and are visible only to you and to ParalonCloud support.
Never put a password, an API key or a wallet seed phrase in a ticket. We will not ask for them.
Setting up to provide compute? Make sure you've also read Rewards & Earnings so you know how points and USDC payouts work — your display name is what ranks on the leaderboard.
